Mama asked me what we would be looking for in our next house. Here I will work to describe my realistic version of a "perfect Hunt house." Please note this is different from the house I will have when I rule the world.

I guess it shouldn't surprise me that so many of the things on your list are things I like in a house, too. Add large/open rooms and high ceilings....
