I know, right? I actually checked her height in the database while writing this--and she's *really* short. Like...4'8 or so? And of course Zekk is so *tall*, especially compared to her :P

Ah, this is so perfectly done. Jaina may be older, but she still has some of that uncertainty about relationships that she showed in YJK, along with her fierce belief in Zekk. It’s obvious that she feels so strongly about him precisely because she can’t say how she feels, if that makes any sense.Thank you! It makes perfect sense, actually, and it's very much what I'm aiming for. There are additional factors on her side, that would be explored a bit in the possible sequel, but as an outgrowth of canon hints. And you're dead on with
