So I was cleaning up the backyard of last night's puppy playdate and I made two very annoying discoveries. The first is that Tiburon intoduced Kaser to his new fun and exciting activity of shredding up the foam padding for the carpet we are throwing away as we are replacing it with wooden floors. The back yard was littered with bits of foam padding

Some neighbors, when I was a kid, had a dog with a fierce hunger for crayons.

Hope the Tibster is OK, and hope he doesn't dig up anything more interesting.

Wow, crayons? Playdoh I could understand but crayons? Impressive.
And yeah we toyed with a bunch of names for him the night before we picked him up. In the end it became a tie between Loki and Tiburon.

So far he likes to dig up grass and eat the roots O.o *shrug*

Huh. Maybe give him a little more veg -- carrots, spinach, broccoli?

Crayons were like a controlled substance in that house ...

I am amazed he likes veggies and usually he gets a few nibbles from something. I think he was going after the plant roots more to be a destructive brat than because he wants plant fiber. He does weird things when bored.

I think he is okay. Hes been going potty regularly and is interested in food for the most part. He also isn't displaying signs of pain or any other indications that he is hurting (I've poked his belly and rubbed it in places to see if he has any negative reactions... usually just ends up with him wanting more pets)
