ETA: The kittens are FIV and Leukemia free!

W00t!

Let them sleep on Liz's lap for now. Those boys are going to get big and take up two laps in a matter of days. ;)

Wow. They're going to be big boys! And I agree, intact males...my goodness. Did the vet say specifically why they shouldn't be neutered until six months? I know that there are different preferences but I have typically heard that it is OK to neuter younger if they weigh at least 3 pounds. Of course that would mean Molasses would have to wait.

Pooping when nervous is a new one. I hope that they calm down soon. Very glad that they are FIV and leukemia free!

The joys of dealing with feral cats. My mother had a maine coon that was a lovely sweet animal.

Awww! I've heard of submissive peeing in dogs, but never nervous pooping in cats...

Glad to hear they are FIV and Leukemia free.

^ months seems really old. Both Dusty and Squeak were neutered at approximately 12 wks. I would do some research and talk to the vet again. You do not want them to start spraying in your apartment.

I have a co-worker that as a friend that has a cat that is feral and poops when it is scared.
