Whee, finally Canada screws up his courage. Let Prussia have some time to think it over and I'm sure the idea will grow on him. :) It's interesting to see France and Scotland at this point in their relationship, too, the tension that sort of boils over into his behavior and everyone else's. :) Congrats on finishing!
