hmm. well, what did you do? did you do a bunch of drugs, or is this just a random "holy shit, what?"
and even if you did a bunch of drugs, if it's not more than you usually do, or not much more...there might be something wrong.

I'm okay physically.. i just can't remember anything.. It really sucks. I'm not going to do drugs in a LONG time now.. I feel so incredibly dumb

I hope you feel better soon.. I know it takes a big scare like this to start some process of healing. Memories are one, if not the most important thing in life. Just put this in the past and don't worry about it. :)
