So, I wrote this story for kink_bingo's Vehicular kink, but I had a nagging feeling that I could fit the prompt better. So I wrote this as well, which isn't exactly what I had in mind when I started, but was apparently the story that wanted to be written.

okay, this is amazing. 1) KITT/Michael slash is EXACTLY what I was hoping for from the 'vehicular' kink, so congrats on reading my mind! and 2) oh my goodness, this is the saddest story of all time. KITT chooses himself! He's not going to be a victim anymore! I love it.

Thank you! I'd had the original thought to write Michael/KITT and then ended up writing something else for the prompt, but my mind kept drifting back to KITT. And it turned out a lot more angsty than I'd first anticipated - which was a fic of Michael/KITT porning.

I wasn't sure how well this was going to work, so yay that you liked it :D

I have kind of personal relationships (if you can call it that) with ...stuff. My stuff. So I'd probably sit by my car like that even if it weren't KITT and if I had one in the first place.

Ah, that is so sad. In a good way. I was taken by surprise at what the ending was, I was expecting it to go the other way, and I am very very happy that this was emancipation rather than submission.

I admit, when I first thought about writing this I thought it was going to be cracky, cracky porn, and then, when I started writing, I discovered... not so much.

I really had to have KITT choosing himself, so I'm really pleased the ending worked for you :D
