Perhaps a small footnote to the movie. Directed by an actor who is very aware of, and comfortable, with subtext and thorough research for any role he plays.

Fandom is amazing, indeed. I totally fell in love with these two due to fandom, but I'm totally attached to the range of backstory and character development authors make for them.
