Road trip!!

For the sake of my mental health I've decided to get out of Houston for a while. I'm gonna visit some friends in Pennsylvania for a week or two. Two of my mom's really good friends from Jamaica live there, and they have invited me to come stay w/ them. I have not been up there in like seven years. I'm excited about this...W hen I get back,

Awesome. You deserve a break. I wish I could have done the same thing, but I didn't really plan things out. We definately should also travel somewhere,sometime (vague I know) together. I'm on the verge of a burnout (eek) so I see where you're coming from. Haven't left the continental USA in 12 years, Texas and Houston in 3.3 years (yes, I count the .3 haha).

Take pictures and let me know how it is. And things will definately work out for the best when you come back because you will be so energized, you'll want to start something new-vs feeling like you MUST start something new. Call me if you're free. Love ya!

We really should go somewhere. I know what you mean...before I got my green card, it had been seven years since I left the US. I really do agree that we should take a road trip. Where do you think that we should go? Somewhere in Texas? No...you should at least get out of the state for a couple days. We can save money and go in late July or early August. Maybe Patty and Maritza will go with us on our adventure!! I love ya and miss ya! I'll give you a call later. By the way, you're a great friend, and I know that everything will come together for you.
