Seeking help in community 'plugging'...

I'm in need of some advice as to spreading the word on some communities I'm starting, to make sure people know of them and visit them... Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I've been working like crazy to get them ready, and I think they are, more or less...

Well 1. there are tons of promo communities, where you can promote and also if your community is say related to a tv show, ask the mainteners of similar communities if you can do a promtotion post in the comm.

What type of communities are you making? Why don't you try to promote them in your sig at fanforum :)

Affiliate with some similar communities. You promote them, they promote you type of thing. Works wonders ;)
