The California Courage Campain reports that Ken Starr (of Clinton-Whitewater-Monica-Lewinsky infamy) & the Prop 8 Legal Defense Fund will present their case to the California Supreme Court starting on March 5, 2009 demanding that the Court void 18,000 marriages of same-sex couples that were legally performed...

I have a group of folks like him as villians in my Daughters of the Goddess series, so yeah I agree monsters like this make great bad guys in stories...too bad you can't leave them in fiction so they can't do harm in this world.

When Patrick O'Brian was quarreling with an editor (and I'll bet that happened constantly--he was a difficult person and his period prose was totally unlike anything most editors would have to deal with) he'd name a ship after his nemesis, and then sink it. The Unspeakable Starr, vanished into the Bermuda Triangle and never seen again... Well, a girl can wish.

I know my temple has said many time they'd lose thier non profit status if they became politically involved...I wonder what make the prop 8 H8ters so special that they haven't had the same thing happen to thier organisations non profit status.
