惠 is a very lovely name. It's read as 'hui4' in Chinese, and in Singapore if you're a girl and your name is 'hui', there's a pretty strong chance (like 50%) that this is the character. (The other one being 慧.) Both 'hui's have the connotation of beauty, but this character has 'wisdom' in it as well. This character forms half my mother's name
