It definitely left me aching for more. Out of any possible outcomes, I did not see that coming. It completely blindsided me and any plot that can do that wins my undying adoration. It was so...! Life goes on, and I want to see it. ;___________; So, yeah. I liked it.

I nearly hyperventilated at the ending but then the little write-ups seemed to indicate he came back (because his reign continued) and the thought of DD going and out-arguing heaven was so pretty incredibly awesome, I have no words...

Oooooh, I like that interpretation. I got a little confused with the naming thing, so I assumed it was his son and that the who "17th year of the reign" thing referred to after the son had grown up. I LOVE the thought of Dam Duk arguing with Heaven and then returning. *_* Yes, I like that a lot.

This was incredible. It was epic and tragic and funny and exciting and I don't know how I ever lived without it. My heart broke a bjillion times, I cried more times than I'd like to admit, I want to be able to watch them every day for my (their?) entire life and I am really sorry to see it end.

It's just...it's amazing! You're right, it's perfect! There wasn't a single unnecessary part of that whole series. And it was entirely unpredictable, unlike 9/10 of all fantasy/mythology stories. And HELLO THE PRETTY.
