I find it amazing that in this day and age we still have people whom still disregard policy and clear-minded thinking. I hate, so much that we have rules and guidelines in place to help our society, yet we let people walk all over people who try and follow them ( Read more... )

Aww, yes customer service sucks, but meh. A good deal of jobs are customer service unfortunately, but I know exactly how you feel.

Nothing wrong with a rant now and then, what are journals for except to convey whatever you are thinking and feeling at the moment? Mm, I am doing fairly well I spose, bored never having anything to do, but well.

yeah customers and such --- I am so glad to be back in technical support :) where we get our managers to back us up- I am sorry sir - but with a router and your refusal to remove it - well unfortuntealy we can't assist you until you remove that router.
