I'm quite proud of this icon cause it won second place at ff_awards, where the icons are really good. So, I'm making a tutorial for it. ^^ This is NOT for a beginner because there are lots of steps (heh..22 to be exact) in it and I don't provide images of the steps. Photoshop 7 or up is required.

this was...very illuminating... (HAHA) Actually, it was an interesting experiment. I used a photo - not an art piece for my subject and came up with an interesting result. It's very sparkly. ;)
