We don't use any flea treatment anymore on the cats. As long as we keep them indoors only it's not a big issue. If we get a dog in the future it becomes much more of a concern. I listened to Dr. Gillette years ago, he's a noted toxicologist who studies the effects of DDT on Alligators, and he railed against those spot treatments back in 1999.

The earthquake one is an extension of the mad god versions the Christians are already floating around. The petroleum, I don't know where the hell that one came from. Flintstones I don't think people will buy, but I've been wrong before. The hemp theory is the one that concerns me because there are already a lot of people predisposed to the conceptual idea of hemp as a super product with green value. Of the four that's the one I'd be most worried about getting national attention. Sadly I expect it will.

I love the silk implant stuff.

*nod* That's our issue; four dogs. I still don't treat mine unless we see signs of a problem, though. Then we handle it, and we're usually fine for another year.
