Migraine today. Migraine yesterday. Also, 'tis the season for fibro flares. Bleh. On the positive side, not depressed, just physically crappy. Still on an introverted swing, though.

I forgot to mention that I got my Portapuzzle 1500 last week, and I love and adore it. I really enjoy doing jigsaws, and haven't in probably five years, at least

Hope the migraines go all soft and fuzzy soon. I've noticed it's been cold and gray for days.

Rachel rawks! I first saw her as a regular on the Olbermann show and, after she filled in for his vacation, I remember thinking they should give her a show of their own. Isn't it lovely they "heard" me!

Yeah, Olbermann was my first real introduction to her, too, and it got so I really actively looked forward to the times she covered for him. I'm thrilled!

cross stitch? I didn't know you did cross stitch. When I stumble upon it again, I'll send you the link for this catalog I used to get that has gorgeous artwork for the cross-stitch and embroidery patterns. (and I'm trying to remember where I saw this set of instructions for taking a picture you love (like any of your puzzles or part of them) and the easy way for making a cross stitch pattern out of them.)

There are programs out there that'll do that, for cross-stitch. jokervalentine hooked me up with some. I want to scan in some images from Zaftig; some of the pieces in there would make awesome art.

In fact, although I don't know how expensive it is, you can also custom-order jigsaws by a similar process, although it does involve sending away, rather than a home program. Maybe I should start a collection of erotic art and nudes jigsaws!

Wow, sorry I'm so behind on email and LJ...

Anyway, belatedly, the "leg thing" is this bizarre giant mark on my leg that we've been trying to diagnoses for about two months now. It's an odd little medical mystery.
