I know it is only helpful to a point, but citysports and EMS DO NOT have them (seeing as I had to answer that question many times ;) ) Good luck!

I am pretty sure Target carries them. If you want nicer ones, I got an awesome set of boys' rollerblades (for me!) at Sports Etc on Mass Ave in Arlington Heights; they were magically adjustable to accommodate a range of shoe sizes, which seemed wildly clever to me.
