Sunday, bbbsg convinced D and I to go to Sxip's Hour of Charm at the last minute, and it was amazing. But lingering in my head is Reggie Watts. I don't think I've been more impressed with a performer in... maybe ever. He was smooth and funny and it was just genius, watching him mixing and looping his own voice over himself. A few examples: Lost in the Options, Out of Control, some random messing around, performing with a beatboxing flautist, doing a silly faux Nokia ad. And apparently he was at Burning Man!

Anyway. None of that really captures how funny he was, and I'm not up to describing it at the moment, but yeah. Reggie Watts. Smitten.
