So I thought today would be a nice relaxing day for me and the hubby to enjoy and have our only day together for a few hours because I have to work tonight...but nooooo I end up sick today. I get bad sinus headaches, too. If you put some ZEPOL around your nose and behind your ears it will alleviate and help you breath better.
The other thing that works great is to use the "facial sauna" with chamomile tea, and inhale that. Chamomile tea has an anti-inflammatory effect. It will relieve the congestion and therefore the pain.

I called Mom a few minutes ago to see how she is feeling (because her brother's dead today) and she told me that you look beautiful with your haircut. She loved it.

No we are out of Zepol as I used it all on your son and my boys when they got sick awhile back :(

I was shocked to get sick as I haven't been sick in a long time.

It is most likely allergies what you have. They cause bad sinus. Your doctor can prescribe Claritin or you can buy ALLEGRA over the counter. One pill every morning will prevent bad allergies this time of the year, as everything is blooming.
