As for avoiding being detained by an immigration officer, carry your passport with you at all times. Officers probably won't check you for it, but on the rare occasion that they do, it's best that it's on you for identification purposes. Um, be careful of excess baggage, I suppose? *_* And don't lose the form that they'll make you fill out on the plane!
