At just about three months old, she's starting to become a little too big for Kain to carry, more like a dog-sized dragon now than a puppy. [His mouth is covered with his hand. Maybe it's because he hasn't seen a dragon as a good pet before. Or maybe it's the mangled wings of that bird.

Either way he looks a little surprised.]

[By now, Kain is getting used to the shock everywhere he goes. Especially with Zephyr growing bigger.]

She is a rather good looking dragon. I just haven't seen any from my world that are... good pets, so it's a little surprising.

I wouldn't recommend most people to attempt keeping them, unless they were fully trained dragoons. That, and I've raised her since she hatched.

She's taking very well to hunting, and adjusting to flight, too. I've considered bringing her, although she may need more training before she's ready against more formidable enemies.

She is. It's about the right time for her flying skills to truly begin taking shape. She'll be dominating over the skies soon enough.

She's highly intelligent, and although stubborn to have her own way at times, very willing to learn.

Once she's mastered her skills against smaller prey, we'll move on to larger ones. I think she'll be quite willing, since I've given her a taste for a variety of creatures. [And honestly he's enjoyed all the random excuses to go fight things, for Zephyr's meals.]
