I was on you tube today and there were many video responses to what Dr. Martin Luther King meant/means in your life this was one of the comments:

Well, "blacks" may have a low I.Q., but really it depends on the actual person how smart they are. I don't know if this person is referring to African Americans or Africans in general, but I'm going to assume it's general. People in Africa CAN'T have a good formal education because, well, of all the poverty and such. It's not their choice. Your surroundings is what affects how well you achieve academically also. You have people who don't care about your education? YOU don't care either. Asians [like actually IN Asia] are so "smart" because of how their schools are set up. Barely get any breaks and they make you study HARD. It definitely plays a factor in all of the suicides that happen there. Race has nothing to do with it. It's the PERSON and their SURROUNDINGS that ultimately affect everything. Because quite frankly I'm probably one of the stupidest people you'll ever meet, like, ever. And most of me [ethnic wise] is Asian.
