My new Teaching Assistantship

This quarter I'll be teaching four discussion sections for the "Human Reproduction and Sexuality" class. Having worked in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at Stanford's Hospital, this should be easy and lots of FUN!!! Kids at UCR call it the "dirty 30" (aka Biology 30), but little do the know what awaits them - they'll actually have to study

I was just going to say "little do they know... about the labs!"

one of the labs involves watching a DVD with birth - a lot of people can't handle that kind of thing.

I saw "Knocked Up" - there's a birth scene in there. First time the camera shows it, the whole audience jumps because it's just crazy unexpected from this type of movie, the second time they show it a few seconds later it becomes funny :)
