new layout & profile -- justified v 1.0

I was going to just stick the Justified pretty stuff in my profile page and use a neat image I made using a photo I took over the weekend, but I couldn't handle not having the two pieces match and coordinate, so I tossed up a Justified themed header image, too

I didn't have to do much to customize it, just picked the one I liked and copied the coding -- but the banner was all me.

I did more work on the profile this time.
