It was so nice to see Dean and Castiel happy, being domestic--but of course, the other shoe has to drop, as it always does with Dean. There's a sad inevitability to the conclusion, but I really wanted the dream reality to be true.

Figures. One thing good in my life and he's a product of my imagination.

At first I was like wtf, is this an AU where Cas isn't an angel, and I scrolled back to the summary to check and there was nothing to give it away and it said all of season four. So I was even more wtf, I was about to stop reading cause I just kept getting more and more confused.

But I am soooooo glad I didn't because this was a totally awesome story and I loved the ending. Great job!

This is freaking epic is what it is - god, how it spans both the dreamworld and their reality, and how the repercussions of the dreamworld carry over onto reality, and how they are now waiting for another world, one without the war, to arrive - completely layered, but yet, grounded so simply by the mechanics of Castiel and Dean's relationship, and how it is unchanging, and hopeful - this is beyond creative, and you really had me in thrall when I realized where you were going with this, as you slowly unveiled the dreamworld - most lucid, most poignant storytelling, with subtle hints and great characterization.

Completely in awe, seriously.
