Very nice. Nine is blunt and poetic at once, and doesn't suffer fools gladly.

Wow. I love this, truly. It's a great mix of tonal qualities, and does honor to both the 'verses, which I wouldn't have believed could be done so well. Nine doesn't say much, but his few lines sound perfectly like him. It's lyrical, without being flowery, and I've read it over a few times now, and it just keeps sort of expanding in my head, like ripples in that listening pool. I can hear the galaxies touching.
