Yesterday, a fellow Nova teacher and apartment neighbor had an accident. A typhoon reached the Kantō area last night, causing much wind and rain. In my personal experience, it didn't really match the strength of common thunderstorms of Texas, but it still was enough to cause inconvenience for all
