It's not so much that I'm awake, as that I failed to stay asleep - which is absolutely ludicrous given that I was up until well past 1:00, and had planned to celebrate the holiday by sleeping in for several hours. Having failed now for some four and a half hours to regain that lost sleep token, I'm giving up and having coffee...
