In Ottawa for my very first time attending a debate in the House of Commons, if you can believe it. It was Bill Siksay's Bill C-389 on trans rights -- it's been the first time trans rights have ever been debated in the House -- and just a few hours ago it passed at second reading.

I may say something a bit more apposite later, but for now: :D
