Hi I'm a beginner classic/sweet lolita from Ontario and moved to Montreal as a fashion design student. I'm really interested in seeing what your community has to offer and maybe getting to meet some really cool people

Hello! I am from Ottawa but I come up to Montreal for the events from time to time. It feels like the LJ comm is mostly dead but you should try and post on the Ici Lolita forum (search on Google, it seems like I can't post links in the comments without getting blocked). The people there are very friendly with many English speakers, and it is most up to date on information on meetups.

Good luck with your studies in fashion design, and I hope you get a chance to meet the Montreal Lolitas soon! They are a wonderful group of people. :-)
