Hey guys!

So I've just about completed my Carmen Sandiego costume, the only thing left is a yellow turtleneck. I tend towards really warm all the time so I was thinking if I could find one of those fake turtleneck things that'd be perfect. Does anyone still sell those?

You could buy a yellow turtle neck and just cut it around the shoulders?
