Yes! I've seen Werewolf (and expansion packs) at Tour de Jeux in the bottom floor of the Eaton's Centre near the food court. Hope that helps!

A little south of Beaubien metro, in St Hubert Plaza is also Carta Magica which sells board games and card games: 6360 Rue Saint-Hubert if that is closer to you than Mont Royal or downtown.
