shoppin' for rings

You might try pawn shops. They get newer inventory than antique shops. People are pawning and selling rings all the time.

Just curious why you're opposed to buying a ring online. I only ask because its really the best way to save $$$ on new rings. Used or antique is a diff story. I bought an engagement ring online at James Allen and it was a great buy. I mainly bought online to save $. That was my #1 issue. They have this thing where you can figure out your ring size online or they send you a free sizer, so sizing isn't a real issue.

We're not opposed to buying online, we're just still in the figuring out what we like stage, and want to try things on and see how they look on our hands. We have looked at Bario-Neal and Brilliant Earth, as well as Turtle Love Co's vintage section, but before we order something, we want to get an idea of what they look like.

Do you know where there's a good pawn shop? I know the Gentleman's asking the antiques dealer in his hometown to keep an eye out, too.
