Oh, um, yeah. That would've been smart to share, hrm? I'mma go edit my original post to include that info now. Thanks!

Ideally, I'd like a rack that holds 30-40 tubes &, say double as many tubes (for breakage), for $40-ish + tax.

if you don't find them elsewhere, maybe try a pharmacy? I've seen a half-size rack in the pharmacy icepack carrier at my work.

Good suggestion!

P.S.: For some reason, I cannot seem to parse the "pharmacy icepack carrier" part of your sentence...

yeah, I'm not sure what to call it. It's a cooler lined with a blue absorbent sheet and has the tube rack inside it. The pharmacy transports meds that need to be refrigerated and samples in it.

I believe that any university that have a chemistry program has a "magasin" where you can buy this kind of thing. I am pretty sure UQAM has one (they used to have one when I was studying there). Maybe call the faculty?

Cool.
Now if only I could find the store's website, I'd be able to price stuff online, before having to go in person...

If you're ever looking for replacements, you can buy individual ones (or boxes of them) online here. They're low on stock for the 2oz size, but all the other sizes seem available, as well as racks and stoppers.

I will most definitely keep that in mind.
Thank you. :)

There's a laboratory supply place, Laboratoire A Z, at Saint-Hubert & Jarry. It's kinda dingy and prices, quality, and selection were pretty variable the one time I went there looking for something, but you can definitely buy non-huge amounts of things from them. Their phone number is (514) 866-4252

Cool. Perhaps I will head up there on an expedition one day this month.
Thanks for the info.
