need a baby sling!

Dear montreal moms!
Where do you buy that kind of baby stuff? I mean gorgeous baby carriers like didimos and esteville slings.
I urgently need Moby Wrap or cozy and convenient carrier with rings. What offline shops should I visit?

I actually had a bad experience buying a sling from bummis. I love them for diapers and everything else but they sold me a sling that was way too small and it was $80 down the toilet. The person selling the sling did not have kids and knew a bit about it but had never actually USED one herself, which is what led to the mistake. YMMV.

Go to Melons and Clementines, the ladies working there both have kids and have used all kinds of carriers and seriously know what they are talking about, plus they are awesome. I know for sure they have the Maya slings. In NDG on sherbrooke just west of the Decarie.

Ah... you know, my newborn baby was crying bloody murder unless she's on my hands. So I was so desperate to have some carrier that I run to bummis and already bought cuddly wrap.

Nice thing is that the seller is rather experienced mother. She said she has 2 kids =)

A cuddle wrap isn't a sling. Wraps are one size as you tie as needed depending on your size, the size of the baby and the hold being used. (Well, they can be a wee bit longer or shorter if needed but generally one size fits all unless you are very tall/big or small/petite.) Fitted slings come in different sizes but you are fine with a cuddle wrap.
