I will be interested in seeing what other responses you get. I haven't had someone come to repair my machine, but I did buy my industrial machine from the following company and they have people who come and do repairs on them, etc. I have never had any problems with the machine, it's been great.

I have never had any interaction with them since I bought it, and have no idea if the repair guys/gals speak English, but I certainly bought it in English.
It seems like if you want someone to fix it, getting someone from a company who sells used machines would be a good place.

Thank you! That's a pretty good place to start, I'll give them a call next week and see if they do repairs on machines not purchased from them (I don't see why not, but I have in the past come across companies that won't).

Machine à coudre Delisle, on St-Laurent, also does it. They are VERY good.
