I just got the Baffin-- Snogoose boots from MEC for 99$, and they're wonderful. They're similar to Sorels but lighter, and even at -36c my toesies never get cold.

My sister bought some Saute-Mouton about three years ago and she still loves them.

Sorels are amazing IMO, they're also pretty :)

thanks for this! The arena near our house is Sunday mornings, and it just doesn't work for us. I'll tell him to call around :)
