maybe a jewelry store that sells swatch watches? i forget the name, but the one on st catherine by les ailes sells swatches, so you can try there?

There's a jeweler's on Mont Royal just west of Papineau, they seem pretty serious about watch repairs, and did a great job fixing my watch. I believe it's called Roy Omer et Fils. They may not deal with Swatches, but you could ask.
