Pardon me, if I may offer just the tiniest little suggestion, I believe that most adverts for rentals or home purchases these days provide a photograph (in some cases multiple photograhs) to give the reader an idea of how a place may look, and to entice someone who may or may not be sure its worth investigating further.

I hope you think my suggestion is one of value. :) Good luck renting the extra room!

I will be taking photographs soon. It is true that most people are looking for phtographs when they're house hunting.

Total rent is $720, and it is a killer deal. It's at St-Roch and Querbes, about 3 blocks from the Parc metro.
