Traffic on outbound Champlain bridge?

My company may be relocating me to an office on the south shore.  That would have me taking the Champlain from downtown morning & night.  I used to work on the south shore and had no major problems taking the Jacques Cartier but in my limited experience Champlain is often plugged, even against traffic.  I plan on doing a drive test but am worried ( Read more... )

depends where exactly on the SouthShore...if you're in Brossard/Longueuil/St-Hubert/St-Lambert/Lemoyne/Greenfieldpark, commuting from downtown MTL should take you about 45min.

I hate Champlain bridge ;) as you said, always clogged! So I suggest Jacques-Cartier or Victoria bridges.

Delson near Chateauguay ... Got to take the 15 from/to Champlain.
I think I`ll just drive it a few times and see.

yeah, I suggest to drive. I dont think there's a lot of communiting services for Delson!

don't be afraid of it! everything will be ok! my wife uses this bridge every day in direction of Kanawakee.
