Thursday fun stuff; tights?
First I want to apologize for exploiting this community so thoroughly. You must all be quite sick of me. However, I have a couple of questions..
1. What are fun things happening this Thursday night? A friend is throwing a birthday party for another friend, and we're looking for something to do post-dinner (we have pre-dinner stuff planned). I looked through listings and so on but all I could find was Stevie Wonder and the Cinderella ballet. We're up for anything - concerts, theatre, random fun stuff like arts and crafts nights (exception: not sure how much of the group is into clubbing-type stuff). We'll be in the McGill area but we all have metro passes, I think. Any suggestions?
2. Where do I go to buy cute patterned tights for the late fall/winter? I love wearing skirts, but without tights I'd freeze, and in plain black or whatever tights I'd look like I just escaped from seminary or something. I'm hoping to avoid the leggings option. I tried the Bay last year and didn't find all that much - is Simons good for that kind of stuff? Help!
