I live in the small state of RI. I do know that many of the hotel and restaurant owners have two payrolls - one for the legal residents and one for not. Pretty crummy, eh?

I feel if someone is not legal, they should not be given out the 'help' we do give OUR poor. People and businesses would pay less taxes and our poor would be taken care of better.
