It might just be me and my stubborn streak but I'm mostly voting for Charles to book it out of that place. I mean really thinking about it, I think Charles is stronger than Emma, and even with Erik's 'I can reject telepathy' thing I don't think he could really stop Charles if Charles really wanted to escape.

And that Tyler Durden bit was a low ball Erik. XD

Fuck but this is awesome.

I love Baskerville!

Also I love Erik's misconception that Emma is more powerful than Charles. Better trained, atm, perhaps, yes, but I can't wait to see Erik's reaction when Charles gets a full grip of his powers.

Say what!?! Emma Frost more powerful then Charles Xavier?? Oh Erik..just you wait and see =) BAMF!Charles is soo awesome and it's sucks that hes not used in the fandom as much. The prologue got me hooked, and now with him all "Fuck you I can read minds and imma bust outta this bitch" has me even more excited!

"In which I try to write a mild-mannered, naive, innocent, fragile Charles" I'm so glad you didnt! I much prefer Cynical, darker, bamf but tiny bit idealistic Charles. This is going on well so far though cant wait for more! Really different and intriguing characteristics of Erik and Charles
