Several of us are going to the AMC theatre in Edmond this evening to see Sweeney Todd. Apparently Carmike is not getting it, so we'll have an extra 1 1/2 round-trip added onto the screening. Bud saw a media preview and he loves it. He was worried they were going to ruin it, because that's his favorite musical in the whole world, but he's just thrilled.

Awesome! That really cracks me up to picture Bud as a big Sweeney Todd fan. I wouldn't have figured him to have a darker sense of humour.

I'm a looong time Sweeney Todd fan and I just got the Cd in the mail today. Personally, I do think they got it right.
