It turns out I have 642 titles (on 585 discs), plus 34 other titles not yet available in the database. Eventually I'll count the films period, and find I own roughly 700 feature-length movies. That'd be ideal. It'd probably save me a ton of time in the long-run, not to mention help others see some cool stuff.

I go through DVD Profiler.

I am up to 1159, but the sets are counted as one (Godfather trilogy is 1 and not 3 - Nightmare on Elm Street set is 1 and not 7, etc..)

Now that I'm reviewing DVDs for Chud.com, it is growing even faster since I get the studio screeners sent to me for review. An example is I got the new Jazz Singer release sent to me to review, so I am getting lots of cool new DVDs everyweek now for free.

I've been submitting reviews and getting them published in NONzine the past year, but have yet to receive promo DVDs. Maybe I need to start submitting the same reviews over to CHUD. How do I go about this, and after they approve my reviews, do they simply put my name on a list for the free mailings?

I'm on staff at Chud as a columnist and reviewer. I am pretty sure they don't take outside review submissions, though. The way it works is they post DVDs that have been received and then the staff claims the ones they want to review, first come first serve.

So then my next question would be, how do you get on the staff of CHUD?
