I didn't know about the Corn Maze. When are you guys going to that?

I didn't know about the corn maze until yesterday late afternoon. Last year we went after Oktoberfest, but a few people wanted to go this Saturday instead. So that just got added on. I guess getting to the fair around 3 and leaving by 8 to go to the maze is the plan.

Meagan and I will be driving ourselves to Oktoberfest on that Saturday after my morning class. So we'll be meeting those of you who are already there at around 1:30 or 2pm.

Kate needs a ride up there since she's not going the day before, but she can ride home with Justin, Jessica and I.

Here's who I presume are planning to go:

You two

Jennifer (maybe)

Kate

Skylar

Justin

myself

Jessica

Ted

Rebecca

Rebecca L.

Colin Wilson

Out of those 12 people, there's only two cars that will be going up on Sat. I assume besides yours, Ted's would be the other one. I assume she'll want to go in whichever car leaves earlier, but is there a chance she could go with you guys if that's the case?

lawpeeps and I will be heading toward Tulsa after our 1st meeting with our officiant, which begins at 10 am. I'm not sure how long it will last (I'm guessing an hour), but we also need to make an appearance at my nephew's birthday party (it's 3-5 pm at a bowling alley in Tulsa). I'm not sure what's happening between the meeting and the b-day party, but I can guess travel and food.

Ah, that's too bad his party isn't earlier in the day, but I understand how much that'll mean to him for you guys to be there. Traditionally we have left Oktoberfest by 5:00, after getting there at 11:00 AM. By that time most of the vendors have sold out of Oktoberfest beer and start selling Amber Bock, since they close at 6:00 PM. I always thought they closed by 6:00 PM, but your post prompted me to check times. Apparently they stay open til 11:30 PM!

Man...I can't even imagine what a nightime version of it could be.

Kate (maybe).
If the cars are cramped, I don't mind sitting this one out.

If you don't mind meeting Meagan and I at our house at around noon, I'd be happy to take you up there with me. I have class until noon, and am going to try and sneak out a few minutes early. So, that would get us there about 1:30 or so.
