15 houses to look at tomorrow. Yikes. Our realtor is really nice, though.. she helped me trim a few from the list -- ones that I was sad to see go simply for the sheer size offered, but not so sad over once she explained how bad of an investment they would be. I don't want to have to re-do everything in the house to make it livable, you know

We found one that we really liked (well, two we really liked, but one of them has a pool with nothing to stop kids or dogs from falling in, so that means no) that just needs some trim replaced, new carpet, and painting done.. maybe a few other minor repairs, plus tearing up some poorly-placed shrubbery. We didn't get through all 15, so on Wednesday we'll be seeing the last 5 or 6. It's fun, but exhausting. :)
