They turned on the Large Hadron Collider on Wednesday, my birthday, a.k.a. Day of Shittiness. Clearly it was me who took the fall so that the universe didn't collapse.

yes they turned it on, they fired one stream one way then one stream the other way.. it's not til nov or dec that they will actually begin experiments in collisions and thus there really is no chance of the world ending before then.
