I saw the biggest thing of yarn the other day. It was like the size of a watermelon. I would mock it but I am not really sure how much yarn one needs to make things

Depends what you're trying to knit!

I am fairly certain one could make a blanket with it. It was kind of ugly too so they would have been making an ugly blanket

That's what happens when you knit with ugly yarn. You get ugly stuff.

I have 4.5mm DPS, but I can't find the 3mm DPNs that I need to start Knucks (see this month's Knitty)!

I now have some 4.5mm dpns...I bought some today because I couldn't find the yarn I need and I have to knit SOMETHING!!!

I saw the Knucks - so cute! If you lived here or I lived there I would totally lend you my 3mm dpns.

as soon as i unpack my "spare" set (i just found 'em! didn't even remember i had them!) you can borrow 'til your heart's content.

I got impatient because I didn't have my arm warmer yarn so I bought my own 4.5s. I'm knitting with Cascade Fixation and I'm totally loving it. I might just spend all my time knitting socks from now on.
